Child Safety Standards

Holdout has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

• Adults only. Holdout is for people 18 and over. Accounts we believe belong to minors are removed.
• Limited interaction by design. Users interact only through handles, country flags, crew names, “waves” (a fixed animation with no text), and short witness notes. There are no direct messages, images or open chat.
• Prohibited content. Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers children is prohibited. So are attempts to contact or groom minors.
• Reporting. Report concerns to support@owaisbuilds.com with “Child safety report” in the subject. We review reports promptly.
• Action. We remove violating content and accounts and preserve relevant information. Where we have actual knowledge of CSAM, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant authorities, in line with applicable law.
