Delete your Holdout account

In the app (instant)

1. Open Holdout and tap the settings icon on the Today screen.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Type your Holdout name to confirm, then tap Delete everything.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email support@owaisbuilds.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Holdout account”. We’ll delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in and email, your Holdout name, country, quit details, every hold, slip and rating, your crew membership, waves, and your witness link and answers. If you were the last member of a crew, the crew is deleted too. Backups roll off within 30 days.

What doesn’t

Anonymous totals that can’t identify you, such as the overall count of holds this week, stay. If you subscribed to Holdout Plus, cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions), because deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Google Play subscription.
