Common questions

I didn’t get my sign-in code. Codes can take a minute. Check spam and promotions. Only the newest code works. Use “Resend code” after 30 seconds.

My hold didn’t count on the board. The board counts holds of the full 3½ minutes, up to 12 a day, at least 8 minutes apart. Any extra holds still count for you, just not on the board. If you were offline, the hold counts for you but couldn’t reach the board.

How do I hide from the public board? Settings → turn off “Show me on public boards”. You’ll still see your own rank and your crew.

How do I cancel Holdout Plus? Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Holdout.

Restore Plus on a new phone. Sign in, open the Plus screen and tap Restore.
